Sea West carries a General Construction Class B license and an Engineering  Class A license.

Construction projects are directed by Sea West’s CEO, Eric Simison and team members. Under his guidance, the Sea West team has successfully constructed many public and private sector projects such as industrial parks, custom office buildings, transit centers, self storage facilities, institutional facilities and scientific research centers.
